By accessing or using CopyWave.io ("CopyWave," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Service
CopyWave provides AI-powered social media content creation, scheduling, analytics, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial ends. Unused portions of a free trial are not refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use CopyWave for unlawful purposes; (b) post content that is defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable; (c) attempt to disrupt or compromise the service; (d) resell or sublicense access without our written consent; or (e) use automated systems to abuse our platform.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant CopyWave a license to host, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property
CopyWave and its software, design, branding, and features are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
8. Third-Party Services
CopyWave integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., bundle.social, Stripe, social media networks). We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
CopyWave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopyWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using CopyWave at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
